Jon and Aaron have plenty to talk about this week. Of course they start with their rants regarding the release of Mike Daniels. Then they talk Packers training camp and the receiving corps. Then they add in their thoughts on recent additions Rashan Gary and Danny Vitale. Then they discuss the recently announced Wisconsin-Alabama home and home series. Then the guys delve into the Brewers talk. Aaron admits the he is full in with the sell mode and who should go. The home series win over the Cubs always brings in the happy feelings. They end with a Last Call involving the Vikings and Tyreek Hill.

Jon and Aaron are eagerly awaiting the start of Packers Training Camp this coming week. Meanwhile, they are stuck in the midst of "list season." They discuss the preseason expectations for Badgers football. Then, they move into the Brewers to discuss the 5-2 stretch, the injury to Woodard, Hiura as the NL Player of the Week, and the usefulness of Ben Gamel. The guys discuss the addition of Kyle Korver to the Bucks before getting lost in some Army stories and ending with the Last Calls for the week.

Jon and Aaron are recording, but there is very little going on in the sports world. The All Star break ends the Brewers stumble slowly out of the break. A tough home series loss against the Giants fails to bring out optimism. Yelich and Hiura continue to rake, but the pitching continues to harm.
The guys then run through Packers idle talk and then roam into some points on the Northwoods League. While traversing the random lines of sports talk, they end up with talk of the greatest video games of all time. Humor is the only way to survive the Sports Abyss.

Back again, Jon and Aaron manage to throw small bits of football stuff into a podcast episode without real football news.
They also discuss the June Swoon of the Milwaukee Brewers. They touch on the recent minor league call ups and pitching woes. They discuss some of the past Brewers pitchers. Also, general feelings on the state of the Brewers as we enter the All Star Break.
Then, there was some news in the NBA as the Bucks managed to retain Middleton but traded Brogdon. They now also employ the two Lopez brothers.
Then they end with some talk of soccer, a little Bryce Harper lark and the NBA Summer League.

So, Jon is alone again while Aaron continues to attend his National Guard Annual Training. So, Jon attacks the week in Brewers news, starting with the fifth inning woes for the starting pitchers over the week. He laments over the failure of the weak June schedule as the Brewers fail to win the series in San Francisco. Then he walks through the Packers news including moves in the personnel department and the release of Kapri Bibbs. In the slow sports period Jon moves along with segments from the sports week including the Women's World Cup and O.J. Simpson entering Twitter.

This week Jon is all alone again while Aaron attends to his National Guard duties. So, Jon gives the recent news from Packers camp as they move from OTAs to minicamp. The Josh Jones matter continues to drag on. Two tight ends join camp, one by signing and one through waivers. Then Jon moves on to the tumultuous week in Brewers baseball. Plenty of hand wringing as the Brewers suffered difficult losses to the lowly Marlins and then the rebound as they sweep the Pirates. The Last Call covers the NBA, college baseball and David Ortiz.

We have reached a very low point in the amount of sports news, lovingly known as the sports abyss. Jonathan and Aaron talk through the small amounts of Packers news coming out this week. Injuries to coaches, a charity softball game and a little bit of OTA news.
Then, the guys talk about the Brewers. They cover the series win over the Pirates. Then go over the continued strong play of Arcia and the heroics of Eric Thames. Then they discuss the option of Keston Hiura and the return of Jimmy Nelson.
The Last Call segment features a local high schooler setting a National best and some fun at the Longhorns' expense.

In this episode, Jon and Aaron eulogize Bart Starr. He was a great man who was also a great football player.
Then, the guys perform a Requiem for the Bucks. Jon expresses some of his disappointment in the defense and Aaron focuses his vexation on the offense. They discuss the issues for the team in retaining players and moving forward while addressing the season that was.
The Main Event ends with a review of the Brewers in a week that had two days of rest.
In The Tail, the guys talk about the Hausers transfer and the UW-Eau Claire Men's Track and Field National Championship among other things. Then they end with a Last Call that includes the MIAC fiasco, the NHL and Memorial Day.
