Then the guys jump through the sudden domination of the Badgers basketball team, the continued streak of the Marquette Golden Eagles and the loss of Eric Thames. The Last Call segment gives us a run down of Wisconsin college hockey and some points on the Richard Sherman contract and NFL announcements.

Jon and Aaron back for a second episode of the week. The guys talk about the coming Rose Bowl and the end of Jonathan Taylor's college career. Then they transition to Badgers basketball and the sudden re-emergence of D'Mitrik Trice. The guys follow this up with more college basketball as they walk through the continued winning ways of the Marquette Golden Eagles. Moving into the pro basketball, the Bucks continue to walk away from lesser teams. This leads into a conversation regarding how much the NBA season is meaningless. After a little Brewers signings talk, the guys end discussing the Patriots and the Browns.

The guys talk through the near terror of the Packers close win against the Lions. Finally, they talk about the scenarios for possible playoff foes.

They discuss the large number of fourth down attempts, the Packers all gas yet plenty of brake, and the near misses. Also, Jon brings out his grudging respect for Bears fans despite his hate for their team. After many of the usual sorts of asides, the guys discuss the Badgers basketball team and the Bucks inevitable loss. Then they rally with the Last Call featuring the National Title hopes of Badgers Volleyball and UW-Whitewater football. Also, Vitaly Pisetsky makes a Twitter appearance.

Jon and Aaron start the week with the run down on the Packers. Are they disappointing? Does it matter? The guys give you all the key points and the nuance you crave. Then the guys roll into the Badgers backing into the Rose Bowl. Then they go into a very good basketball week for the State of Wisconsin as the Badgers beat the Hoosiers and the Bucks get their 15th straight victory. Then the Last Call segment covers the dominant Women's volleyball and hockey teams as well as a few rants about cheating Patriots and Penn State fans.

Aaron is back from deer camp in time to talk about the Axe. First, the guys discuss the Packers win over the Giants. They address the anger over a 31-13 win on the road. Then the guys move on to address the gap between the Badgers and the Gophers in terms of talent, recruiting and coaching. The Axe is back home. Next, Jon and Aaron talk through the Bucks, Badgers and Golden Eagles in basketball. The Bucks are the shining star that will carry us through until the next recruiting class saves us. Then the Last Call segment covers the dominant UW volleyball team, the state of Wisconsin hockey and the UWW football playoff run.

This week, Aaron is not with us as Deer Hunting is upon us. Jon carries on with a more hopeful resolve than the Packers did. First he runs through the Packers second terrible loss in California in four weeks. Another game where the offense looked terribly out of sorts. Meanwhile, the Badgers gave Wisconsin a little more hope by rolling over Purdue and setting up a Big Ten West championship game next week. The Badgers basketball team had a major set back with a loss against the Richmond Spiders, but the Bucks have not lost over 8 straight games. Finally, Jon pays homage to the Wisconsin Volleyball dominance, Badger hockey and thoughts on the Myles Garrett incident.

Aaron Flottum expresses his inability to continue watching the Los Angeles Charges thump the Packers. Jon discusses several different points, including the small stadium, the new coach problem and the young team. So many things went wrong, but there is little reason to worry about the long term. Still, there is very little good to say about this game. The guys move on to talk about the Bucks not-so-fast start and the Brewers early off-season moves. Then they end by talking about college hockey and Jimmy Garoppolo.
